To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linjiabai Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linjiabai Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
